The location is superb, and I was truly surprised at the size, comfort, and amenities at this price point.
I received a knock at 830 a.m. on two different mornings. "Housekeeping." That's a bit early when London attractions don't generally open before 9.30 or 10.

Service was amazing, nice rooms as well!
Fantastic stay!

The service was fantastic, we were there for our honeymoon, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Loved this hotel, location is great, and it was a 5 star treatment for us, for a 4 star price, and that just doesn't happen very often! Room was great, had a junior suite, and it was very spacious. Especially for a European hotel!

the appointments.
Lighting is a bit too low in the bathroom. Dinner portions much too small.

The rooms are like suites, and they are posh. Wonderful bathrooms and appointments.

lack of attention to details in rooms. Broken shower knobs, lack of extra blankets, tv not functioning

As stated, the staff was wonderful. Location was great. Only drawback was the lack of attention to detail in the rooms.

Modern beautiful bathroom.

The room was a wonderful studio type room, with a separate space for bedroom, living room, bathroom, and had a small kitchenette stocked with necessary utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, etc. Access to public transportation was easy and nearby. It was well situated for a busy day out, or was quiet and convenient for a quiet night in.

I liked the location of this hotel; it was close to some attractions and a Tube stop. Breakfast was good!
My room was a little warm; I would of liked it to be a little cooler.

The staff was very polite and made me feel comfortable. They helped me plan some tube/train travel which was invaluable. I was able to store my baggage before/after checkout so I could see more London attractions without carrying my luggage around with me.

Our room was too small and without outside windows.

Fantastic location, beautiful maintained, excellent and efficient service staff.
