Location convenient.
Size of room and slow linen replacement each day.
Traveled with 2 x 17 year old girls for a national schools football tournament, room size small, not what I expected, but I'm not complaining as they did change the booking at last minute to accommodate the extra teenager. Staff was friendly and chatty and for the convenience of the location and the price it was ok. Car spaces were at a minimum.
