Hotel Guest Reviews of the Park View Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 15, 2013

This is NOT a three-star hotel. This is more of a one-star. I understand that the hotel is older, but it could at least be clean. I was given a room on the backside of the hotel and the characters that wandered in the area were unsavory. I would tell any ladies travelling alone or with their kids, not to stay there. I waited 5 minutes to check in while the lady working was busy doing something in another room from which she made contact several times but did not speak. I will be travelling for business in the area frequently, but I will NOT stay here again and recommend that you dont either. ...

This is a wonderful bargain for anyone needing to stay in Winter Haven or go to Legoland. It is an older hotel but the room renovations are top notch. I will have to return to Winter Haven periodically this summer and I will definitely stay at Park View again.

I will never stay there again, no matter how close it is.

It was really smelly inside and outside. Cats use the front sand pile as a litter box. the rooms were price too much for what they were. Not all rooms had a fridge or microwave. Breakfast was not worth calling breakfast at all. Not a wide selection. elevator looked old and like it would break any min. The pool and hottub was nice but they dont keep it clean most of the time. The bar they have by the pool closes at 9 even on the weekends!!! Another of my family members stayed in the queen bedrooms, and it smelled like wet dog and cat urine. My sisters room had no working air and again smelled of wet dog and cat urine. Our air was nice but for the price i paid for two full beds with no microwave or mini fridge, It was not worth going back. I knew some of the maintenance from when it was a best western and it was a lot better then. for being so close to lego land, you would think the quality would be better. ...

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. It has gone downhill a little. Room was average. Clientelle a little questionable. People sitting outside rooms smoking, on cell phones, etc. Adjacent to LegoLand. Room was older but clean. Had some issues spoke about above. Staff very friendly and accomodating.
