Hotel Guest Reviews of the Parkway Plaza Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 17, 2011

The shower in our room didn't work properly, it was either way too hot or way too cold. When telling the hotel staff, you think they would try and make things right by offering something for the amount of money we spent for our rooms.

Convenient and friendly. Comfortable and quiet.

This hotel should only be rated 1.5 - 2.0 stars at most. There was a dirty glass in the room when I checked in and was still there when I checked out two days later.

We stay in Casper 6-8 times per year. There are better choices very nearby across the highway for about the same dollar. They are much better value. Internet doesn't work in the far back and train noise and truck traffic through parking lot (?) is very loud.

The hotel is not clean and is in disrepair. If that is all Casper has to offer I won't be back.

We had a good stay, it was convenient to the arena and to restaurants in the area.

Room service did not come in and clean the room for are second night stay and no clean towels or amenities provided as well with additional stay. Maintenance fixed heater quickly. Food a little on the down side as well.
