Hotel Guest Reviews of the Parkway Plaza Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The swimming pool.
The shower in our room did not work properly.

The shower in our room didn't work properly, it was either way too hot or way too cold. When telling the hotel staff, you think they would try and make things right by offering something for the amount of money we spent for our rooms.

Location to highway access.
Old, dirty, and cleaning service was poor.

This hotel should only be rated 1.5 - 2.0 stars at most. There was a dirty glass in the room when I checked in and was still there when I checked out two days later.

Friendly staff. First room was nice, but no Internet. 2nd was in dire need of upgrade.
Watch out for rooms near the back - lots of train noise and trucks cutting? through the parking lot.

We stay in Casper 6-8 times per year. There are better choices very nearby across the highway for about the same dollar. They are much better value. Internet doesn't work in the far back and train noise and truck traffic through parking lot (?) is very loud.

Not one thing.
The hotel is not clean and is in disrepair. If that is all Casper has to offer I won't be back.

Very friendly staff, has good facilities for meetings.
Somewhat older and needs updating.

We had a good stay, it was convenient to the arena and to restaurants in the area.

Cafe and bar in hotel.
Room was cold heater not working.

Room service did not come in and clean the room for are second night stay and no clean towels or amenities provided as well with additional stay. Maintenance fixed heater quickly. Food a little on the down side as well.

The bar.
Dated, was a beautiful hotel in the 70's. Should be updated.

Not bad for the price, but would have enjoyed its more if they had breakfast.
