The location was excellent. The reception, concierge, and other staff were excellent. They assisted us well and had answers to all of our questions.
The phone service and the bed size.

Excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Spacious room.
Staff had excuses ready when room wasn't ready. I like a Can Do attitude.

Large and beautiful room, in fairly good city location. Pricey, but well-appointed.

First room had noisy air conditioner, upon mentioning that fact I was moved straight away into another room..no problem whatsoever. Very good value.
Parking is $45

Enjoyed our stay. Used the restaurant for lunch and dinner and both times, excellent.

Pool didn't have water in it - old hotel. Bathroom needs updating.

The location of the hotel is great, about a 4 minute walk to the bus station. Right in downtown. Staff were very friendly, maybe the best of any hotel I've stayed at in recent memory. However, the pool didn't have water when I was there (maybe due to it being Winter, but still, I was disappointed) and the bathroom was old. This is not a five star hotel, I was disappointed when I received this hotel as my 5 star bid. It is a 4 star, max. But the bed was very comfortable and new which is what matters most. ...read more

Rooms were too small; no pool, overpriced, overrated.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. It is overpriced and overrated. There is no pool, no ATM, internet costs 30.00 per day.
