Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pear Tree Inn San Antonio Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Breakfast was good..
An employee was VERY RUDE !!

Everything was fine; the Room, lacation, breakfast and evening snacks... But during the evening free snacks, on sunday March 24th, the person in charge of the drinks was very rude to us. My Mother asked her if she could speak spanish for what she said "NO"!! turnerd around and left. My Mother got up, went all the way to where she was and asked her for some water since we had nothing to drink and the waitress just ignored her while my Mother was standing there for good 10 minutes thinking the waitress was looking for the water or something.. But nothing!! I'm going to pretend the waitress didn't hear my Mother asking for water.. but how can you ignore the fact some one is standing in front of you with the look of needing something specially when You are supposed to take care of your customers! I guess a "Can I help you? Or a Do you need something?" Is not in her vocabulary. I can't complaint about the room but unfortunately thanks to this employe, We are not staying here again! ...read more

The breakfast, supper, and the 3 drinks you get per person was great. That along saves you money. Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was wonderful!
Just didn't like the location of the wooden clothes hanger. Got bruises from that! Other than that everything was great.

We really liked that the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Also like the evening snack bar/drinks and breakfast for the hotel guest.
Nothing negative to say about the hotel

This is a great hotel chain to stay with, they have something for the kids and adults in the group that you may be traveling with.

The room was clean buy smells bad.one of the rooms had no hot water so they moved us to another room.
The hotel rooms are very old, very humid.

The price is reasonable, it has free breakfast and free drinks, but the rooms are very humid and old.

The staff was very nice and it was conveniently located to my event.
The rooms were very tiny.

It was a nice little hotel. The eating area was nice and I enjoyed the view and the extra little dining space by the windows.

Very warm and friendly.

Only stayed overnight to catch a early flight home but would stay there again to sample all the amenities. This hotel has many nice perks for staying there. Wish I had time to take advantage of them.

It was way better than we expected for the price. We stayed in New York at a hotel which was much more expensive and didn't offer half the extras.
Nothing.

Very clean, friendly staff, lots of extras, easy to find, and reasonably priced.

My first time visiting this hotel and had a pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was located next to the airport, but we did not hear the planes and next to the Interstate and the traffic did not bother us. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was super friendly, and very conveniently located.

As soon as we went the hotel the staff was extremely nice. The rooms were of a good size and clean, the pool located outside but also very clean, the water looked so tempting, I just had to take a swim. The best is you get continental breakfast, and around 5 they serve a light dinner. The day I was there they provided us with a choice of hot dogs and nachos. The adults have happy hour and are offered three free drinks. There is free popcorn all day which the kids loved. ...read more
