Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pelham Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(13) | Solo Traveler(19) | Traveling as Couple(69) | Family with Young Children(7) | Family with Teens(10) | Senior Traveler(8) | Group Traveler(12)

Close to French Quarter.
For the price of the room (due to the JazzFest markup), the room and bed quality was very poor. The room was also dirty.
This hotel showcases all the bad aspects of New Orleans hotels.

Central location with great.breakfast lunch cafe right next door. High ceilingin room made it seem so spacious.
They do need to do something in this area about their internet connections.

Very nice hotel. I like the hotel because it had character. Man at desk was very nice. Didn't have to wait long to get car when I checked out. Great location to everything in French Quarter.

The hotel is very clean and the location is great for the money. Troy at the front desk was pleasure to interact with! More staff, overall, would be helpful.
Parking is, of course, a problem. Additional shelving in the bathroom would really help.
I would stay at the Pelham again. In good weather it is the perfect easy walking location. Bad weather makes it a little more difficult. I felt very safe there and it was wonderfully quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and very polite.

The staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent.
Priceline advertised free parking at this hotel, but I was surprised to find while check-in that parking was only free for check-in. I had to pay an additional $30.oo for valet parking for a one night stay.

Nice old hotel, staff takes a long time to check-in guests.
On this site if you read the description it says: free parking or paid valet parking, the "free parking" is the reason I booked this hotel. Not true, upon arrival I was informed there was no free parking on valet.
