Hotel Guest Reviews of the Peppermill Resort Spa And Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 14, 2013

The bed in the room should be updated and check. One of my queen bed is lopsided.

When I called the Peppermill directly to make reservations, they would not give me a room for only one night. They required a 2-night minimum. However, I discovered that we could get a room for only one night on Priceline. However, we had to pay extra for the room that we wanted.

The peppermill is the place to stay in Reno. Close to the strip but down the street enough to be less crazy. Everyone from valet to desk was attentive and friendly. The rooms are a bit worn but very clean and nicely appointed with Italian flare. The public areas are sparkling clean and the food is the best I've had at a casino no matter which cafe or restaurant you choose. The buffet beats any other casinos hands down. The peppermill gets a well deserved 10. ...

i would love to go back, maybe during a weekend as opposed to a weekday. I needed to feel more energy/ambiance, especially in the casino.

If you can, book a room with the spa tub! It was so relaxing to turn the jets on after a night of gambling. Avoid Chi restaurant, but definitely go check out Cafe Milano. Be aware that there is a $13 resort fee charged on a daily basis, so take advantage of that pool and gym. Also, keep in mind that you're probably going to have to go through the casino with all your luggage when checking in...unless you wait to bring your luggage in and have them deliver it, or you find the secret elevator in the side parking lot area. ...

This hotel in the Tuscany Tower was so amazing! The detail they put into every inch of this hotel is incredible! Very clean! We ate at the Biscotti and it was so good. Staff was nice and friendly! Everything is in this hotel that you need we never left the hotel! When you check out you scan your free valet ticket and they bring your car right up to you! We stopped by the Atlantis and it doesn't compare to the Pepper mill! Can't wait to go back ! ...
