Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pinnacle Hotel At The Pier
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

The restaurant and lobby area are excellent. The food was wonderful and the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. There is also a terrific pool and hot tub. The location is great if you don't mind taking the sea bus to the main part of town. We actually liked that part and felt it was more relaxing than being downtown so for us it worked well. There is a terrific market a block away where we had breakfast every day. All in all, a wonderful experience. ...

This hotel was nice and clean and was more than i expected. Location great. Just wish the beds were a bit bigger or had more options for a family. Good overall.

Breakfast was a bit steep but go up Londsdale and there's a nice little all-day breakfast joint that serves a great breakfast. Although having said that, the crab cake Bennie was worth getting at The Lobby. Dinner was high class but they cater I kids as well.

Secure parking, great restaurants within walking distant, great views, WONDERFUL STAFF. I booked the rooms on the North Shore when really downtown may have been more convientient, BUT the staff made us feel at home here and the view from the room was worth the extra driving. The water bus is walking distant form the hotel to take you to downtown, but I did not have a chance to use it. We had a great week here and look forward to returning to this hotel. ...

Excellent will return there anytime. You will not be disappointed. Caring compassionate staff who remember you in restaurant and at the front desk.Very impressed with the swimming pool and gymn, the amazing view from our room and the neat glass wall letting you enjoy the views from the bathtub.I never expected the quality of hotel considering the price we paid for the room.It is minutes from the seabus taking you to downtown Vancouver. It was the best choice for staying in Vancouver.Pier 7 restaurant is just nearby and has great food ,staff and the best view in town. For a first time in Vancouver this was a very good choice . We arrived at the airport took a sky train to Waterfront nipped on the seabus and a 3minute walk to the hotel along the pier. We went out in the trendy and neat Gastown neighbourhood of Vancouver which was just beside the Waterfront seatrain station and back to our hotel around midnight and felt really safe. Vancouver is immaculate you could eat off the sidewalk.Im ready to move there.Pinnacle was a great, great choice. ...

This is a very nice hotel with great views of Vancouver and nice amenities. We highly recommend it, but beware that they charge $11.00 plus taxes (almost $15.00) per night for parking.
