The hotel owner was a scammer! He charged $350 on my credit card upon check-out. Usually when I use priceline I don't get a receipt when I check out because the fee was prepaid. I realized something was weird when I was handed the receipt and I asked him why my credit card was charged as I booked through Priceline. He SAID that I booked through bookings.com! He had me for a second but then I insisted that I need to double-check. Eventually he refunded me and apologized, but I can tell from his filthy face that he did it deliberately and HE MUST HAVE DONE IT BEFORE. He was an dishonest man. ...

This was a hotel that needed to be severely updated. It depends on it's location for it's business. Not knowing where it was located now I know there is several nicer hotels on the same street. Would not stay at this place again.

The room was smaller than anticipated, but had a newer microwave and refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in the middle of Springdale and is conveniently located to Zion National Park.

Senior Travelers
This is a great hotel, in a good location, only a few minutes to Zion National Park as well as the town bus stop to take visitors into the Park. The Lodge itself was very clean, friendly, and I enjoyed the rustic feel of this motel. I would be happy to stay there again and highly recommend.

Family Traveling with Young Children
This hotel was very close to the park, the shuttle was extremely convenient. The room appears much nicer in person than in the online pictures, which is opposite of what I have found with most hotels. The bathroom/sink area appears to be newly updated. The log cabin feel is nice and the decorations look new. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nearby restaurant, they had great pizza. ...

This was the perfect western hotel. It is just as it is described online. It's close to the park, shopping, dining. Once we parked the car we didn't have to use it again until we left. There is even a laundromat on property.
