Hotel Guest Reviews of the Planet Hollywood Resort And Casino

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The rudeness of the staff AND the manager Rodrigo cancelled out anything I would have liked about this hotel. I felt like I was in an assembly line and they could care less for their guests.
The hotel has a parking garage that is behind the miracle mile. You have to walk through the miracle mile to get to your room if you do not valet park. We new this and had no problem with it. However when we got in late 2 nights in a row and both times

Rude staff. Rude manager. You will have a LONG walk to your room if you do not valet park. Valet parking is always FULL on the weekends, even Sunday night. Rooms are small. My room was clean. Bathroom is nice and large. No fridge in room and no free coffee. If you have kids, there is no hook up on TV for gaming systems.

Hotels location perfect. Right where there is a mall and to us with kids..The mall was a perfect alternative than just hanging out where casinos are. Right across is a walk to the close by Pinks hotdogs, Pf Changs Chinese Bistro, Tacos and high end food at the Bellagio with the water fountain and music to create an ambiance. The 24 hour Earl of Sandwich is great for anytime midnight or post midnight snack. The Paris Sugar FACTORY was great for wine and all the chocolates and candies that kids would love. The chocolate fountain right across this hotel is also a great place for kids to see. The Bellagio hotel across for breakfast and midnight snack...but all the affordable snacks are inside this Planet Hollwood. The staff is great. The Hotel suite we had had a great view of the BELLAGIO water fountain. all was great and just relaxing in out hotel rooms with this view was awesome. ...read more

1. Location, Location and Location. 2. Miracle mile shops in the hotel 3. Some good restaurants like P.F. Chang.
1. Nearly impossible to find access to parking structure. We called their help number and she told us that access to the parking structure is from Koval lane, but it is from Audrie St. or E Harmon Ave. 2. Nearly a mile long walk from self parking

Pros: 1. Location, Location and Location. 2. Miracle mile shops in the hotel 3. Some good restaurants like P.F. Chang. Cons: This should NOT be displayed as a four and a half star property. Starting from the hotel's ease of access to parking nightmares to the poor, dimly lit, basement like lobby no way this hotel is a luxury hotel. Here are just some of the cons: 1. Nearly impossible to find access to parking structure. We called their help number and she told us that access to the parking structure is from Koval lane, but it is from Audrie St. or E Harmon Ave. 2. Nearly a mile long walk from self parking, painful if you are carrying all your baggage. No help from staff (just follow the signs). 3. Dated rooms scratched and worn out wood fittings. 4. Seedy and dingy hallways and elevator access. 5. Poor customer service unless you are in the casino. ...read more

Nothing.
Quality of room-old shabby, bathroom not clean, soiled carpet,
torned wall paper.

Very classy.
$16 early check in fee at 2 pm, I can see if it was 9am or hotel was completely booked full the night before.

Very nice.

When we arrived (myself and my 12 year old daughter), we were told that there were no rooms available, and was turned away with no help or options. It was after midnight, and we were quite exhausted.
I was forced to drive another 2 hours to get accommodations. It was a very unpleasant experience.
