Hotel Guest Reviews of the Planet Hollywood Resort And Casino

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location was prime and convenient. Adjacent to Miracle Mile Mall was a plus.
Definitely a fun hotel for a younger crowd, but could be just as nice for the mature crowd.

Overall PH was a great place. The décor was extremely nice. Staff was pleasant and professional.

Great location & better prices for meeting held @ Bellagio. Got in very late (had called ahead), registration desk told me didn't have queen non-smoking. When I explained why I could not do a smoking room, he upgraded us to a king on the 11th flr w/view
Ck in/out: 1 person working @ 12a.m, w/line waiting/2ppl @ 9:30am time & huge line. Scantily clad dancers dancing on tables-all missing was pole. Travel to restaur/LVS strip, thru casino was main rte. for parents w/kids. Inappropriate for public spaces.

In for business, and not much on gambling. So, if you're attending meetings @ Bellagio or Caesars (great location at a reduced rate). Room was clean, view was amazing (could see Belaggio Fountains & Paris Balloon right out our window), pool area very nice, and close walking distance to restaurant @ the Paris hotel (great breakfast & view of Bellagio fountains). Stay upstairs as much as possible when walking to Monte Carlo for Blue Man Group or down to the Forum to shop - much shorter - you can cut through the malls & simply continue connecting instead of running up an escalator, then back down again. Only negative of Vegas as a whole now - every 15 feet someone is putting a "sports card" with a almost nude female on it in your face trying to get you to take one. In Monte Carlo hotel, we saw Blue Man Group - on a runway not 50' from the entrance to the show were women who looked like strippers (they just didn't take their clothes off...although there wasn't much to remove), "dancing" on the runway. FAMILY FRIENDLY VEGAS...REALLY! You need to go back & revisit your ads - no parent IN THEIR RIGHT MIND desires for their 6-18 year olds to be exposed to that garbage. People pay for peep shows, strip shows, and all the lewdness you're willing to provide - keep it behind closed doors! Don't expose every person trying to enjoy the entertainment that does exist in Vegas with that nastiness. It's tasteless. It wasn't there 11 years ago, which was the last time I was in Vegas. However, with what I saw at both Planet Hollywood's casino (which had girls doing the same thing) and Monte Carlo, I won't be coming back anytime soon. Just really unnecessary and classless. Blue Man Group & other performers need to take their shows to other casinos that are willing to hold a little higher standard. ...read more

I was the opposite side from main strip. View was too bad...

Good location is the best part.

No fridges!!!

They lost our Priceline reservation, which was a little discouraging. We had booked a night at the cosmopolitan the day earlier through Priceline and there was no problem. We paid way too much for the quality. After all the confusion, they didn't even bother to compensate. I'm not a person expecting things but I do know how customer service works.

Everything
No

Everything was beautifil. The "problem" is that the hotel is too big, so you have to walk a lot to get to the lobby and check in. Also, the room was too much. We loved that part, though.

This was an amazing room, the staff upgraded me to a Panoramic Room with an amazing view of the strip.

This was my first time staying at Planet Hollywood and I look forward to another stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel never got our price line confirmation. We needed to spend approximately an hour at the front desk until the nice agent said that they would fax price line and get our pre-paid booking resolved. Hopefully, we did not double pay for our room.

The rudeness of the staff AND the manager Rodrigo cancelled out anything I would have liked about this hotel. I felt like I was in an assembly line and they could care less for their guests.
The hotel has a parking garage that is behind the miracle mile. You have to walk through the miracle mile to get to your room if you do not valet park. We new this and had no problem with it. However when we got in late 2 nights in a row and both times

Rude staff. Rude manager. You will have a LONG walk to your room if you do not valet park. Valet parking is always FULL on the weekends, even Sunday night. Rooms are small. My room was clean. Bathroom is nice and large. No fridge in room and no free coffee. If you have kids, there is no hook up on TV for gaming systems.
