Planet Hollywood Resort And Casino

I didn't like paying an extra $20 per day for the resort fee. What does that mean? So when booking my room from now on, I will add an additional $20 per day to the cost of the room to see if I'm really getting a deal.

We had arrived at 1130pm. Received a smoking room, when booked a non smoking room! There was trash from the last guests on the desk and crumbs on the floor! Also one of the bathroom sinks was backing up. We were too tired to deal with it that evening, talked to a manager in the morning. He took the extra room fees off and upgraded our room. We had to wait 2hrs for our new room. That room was fine, nothing spectacular. My friends enjoyed the comedy show at the hotel, I did not attend it. The casino was pretty good. There wasn't many updated slot machines, but they did have some unique wheel games. I also visited the gym/spa. The gym had older free weights that hurt the hands, cardio machines were decent, at least the ones that were working. I had a very bad experience at planet Hollywood. I called the hotel a few days in advance to confirm my reservation for non-smoking and 2 beds, I even let them know I would be checking in late. When I called they told me everything was set and at no time did they say there were no guarantees. Once I arrived they told me that there was a problem and the were booked with rooms with 2 beds. They went back to get a manager to talk to me but no manager came out. He just came out and said once again they are booked. Never offered me anything to fix the situation. When I asked about another room he sharply said that my 2nd room would not be comped. They were never apologetic about the situation at all, very rude. I paid for a second room. Both rooms ended up being the worst, dirty and unkept. Smoking rooms. Trash left on floors. One room has holes punched in the walls as if someone had a fight in the room. When I spoke to the manager the next day about the condition of the rooms he had a robotic answer for every complaint. Great for young people looking to party hard. If you are older or are bringing kids, this may not be the right place.

Great stay. Nice room. Well located. Excellent public areas!

House keeping threw my personal property away thinking it was trash, I lost important business information and then spent the next to days with management trying to find out what happened not even being able to enjoy my stay there I would not recommended it anyone

You have to walk thought shopping and cassino carrying your bags. I went for business and don't recomend to stay there unless if for gambling.

Wonderful location and friendly staff-- I would stay here again
