Hotel Guest Reviews of the Planet Hollywood Resort And Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 7, 2013

House keeping threw my personal property away thinking it was trash, I lost important business information and then spent the next to days with management trying to find out what happened not even being able to enjoy my stay there I would not recommended it anyone

In for business, and not much on gambling. So, if you're attending meetings @ Bellagio or Caesars (great location at a reduced rate). Room was clean, view was amazing (could see Belaggio Fountains & Paris Balloon right out our window), pool area very nice, and close walking distance to restaurant @ the Paris hotel (great breakfast & view of Bellagio fountains). Stay upstairs as much as possible when walking to Monte Carlo for Blue Man Group or down to the Forum to shop - much shorter - you can cut through the malls & simply continue connecting instead of running up an escalator, then back down again. Only negative of Vegas as a whole now - every 15 feet someone is putting a "sports card" with a almost nude female on it in your face trying to get you to take one. In Monte Carlo hotel, we saw Blue Man Group - on a runway not 50' from the entrance to the show were women who looked like strippers (they just didn't take their clothes off...although there wasn't much to remove), "dancing" on the runway. FAMILY FRIENDLY VEGAS...REALLY! You need to go back & revisit your ads - no parent IN THEIR RIGHT MIND desires for their 6-18 year olds to be exposed to that garbage. People pay for peep shows, strip shows, and all the lewdness you're willing to provide - keep it behind closed doors! Don't expose every person trying to enjoy the entertainment that does exist in Vegas with that nastiness. It's tasteless. It wasn't there 11 years ago, which was the last time I was in Vegas. However, with what I saw at both Planet Hollywood's casino (which had girls doing the same thing) and Monte Carlo, I won't be coming back anytime soon. Just really unnecessary and classless. Blue Man Group & other performers need to take their shows to other casinos that are willing to hold a little higher standard. ...

This was my first time staying at Planet Hollywood and I look forward to another stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient and the staff was very helpful.

They had a rock concert across the street every night of my stay until almost one in the morning. The sound was almost like they were in my room. No chance for sleep. I was there for business and had to get up early every morning. I was charged a resort fee over and above what I bid for the room. I was charged an early room fee as well on the first day. These were all hidden charges. ...

For a 4 star in vegas the air circulation was poor. The staff that I encountered was not friendly at all. They kept me at the desk for 20 minutes trying to justify why they were extorting me for more money. This was a complete bait and switch. I told them if the fee is mandatory is should just be the price and that they lied to Priceline and their issue is with Priceline and not me. This is the first time I have used Priceline and this really put a damper on my first night of only two. ...
