Family Traveling with Teens
If you are looking for updated and nice features don't go to this Hotel. To me it seemed fun down and was in need of a face lift.

Since when requesting a non-smoking room is an upgrade in 4 star hotel. Staff service is a joke. No customer service at all. Room is less then average for 4 star hotel. Stay away from this hotel.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. However the water pressure in the shower made it absolulety miserable experience. I would have asked for a change of rooms for sure but we were to busy this trip to bother.

Family Traveling with Teens
We took only 15 minutes to check in. However, our key didn't work, so I had to go back to a front desk. Only one person in front of me and one service attendant, I had to wait more than 20 minutes. The worst house keeping services. Second day, they didn't refill shampoo,lotion at all. Bath tub wasn't clean. At 4pm, room wasn't ready, yet waited for 20 minutes.

Fridge, coffee maker should be in every room. Water is basic necessity in 40 plus temperature, should be provided free. Should have got something atleast.
