Welcome to the Plaza Hotel And Casino
If you're looking for a well-priced hotel with good restaurants, lively entertainment and lots of casino action, then look no further than the Plaza Hotel and Casino.
There's so much to do at the Plaza. Next up is the hotel's entertainment line-up. You can pick from nightly productions of Rat Pack is Back, a musical tribute to Frank, Sammy, and Dean, or take a spin on the dance floor at Foxy's Dance Club. Families will enjoy Superstars of Magic or the nearby Freemont Street Experience, both offering unforgettable experiences. It's not difficult to find a well-priced meal at The Plaza. Firefly offers a tapas-style menu, while Stuffed, the hotel's buffet, lives up to its name. There is also an ample food court and Café and Grill with daily specials. When it's time to relax, you can head for the rooftop pool, open seasonally. There are also basketball, volleyball and tennis courts on the premises. The hotel' s 1,037 rooms are designed with comfort in mind and feature basic amenities. Additional amenities include a 24-hour front desk, free on-site parking and concierge services.
The Plaza Hotel and Casino enjoys a convenient downtown location. You can walk over to the Fremont Street Experience, a four-block festival of lights, games, live music and shopping. The Las Vegas Strip is a short drive away and the Las Vegas Premium Outlets are less than a mile away.

Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with our first experience with Priceline. When we attempted to check into the Plaza, which was the hotel that the reservation was made, we were told that it was closed, and then had to haul all of our luggage across the street to the Vegas Club. The hotel was very dirty, mold in the tub, wall paper peeling off every where, broken elevator, and no ice machines. Either the ice machines were broken or non existent. I also requested a roll away bed because they didn't have two queens which is fine but after calling to the front desk 3 times it never showed up. I have sleep apnea and my boyfriend and I have to sleep in separate beds, so this was a huge inconvenience. The hotel hallways had stains all over the carpets and wall paper peeling off every where. The shampoo and lotion bottles in the bathroom appeared to have already been used. The nicest amenity in the hotel room was the beer bottle opener on the sink. Gross. It would have been nice to know before hand that the Plaza was closed, but I really doubt that it was much nicer than the Vegas Club. I can't believe that these hotels have a rating of 2+ stars. The local Super 8 in our town is much nicer than our stay at the Vegas Club. We checked out of the hotel 2 days early because we had such a horrible experience. ...

Some might say that outdated rooms are dirty, but that was not the case here. Room was definitely old, but also clean. If you don't mind the bare minimum and you aren't a hotel snob, this place is just fine. That said, I would've preferred a newer and more comfy bed, but overall it was fine. I had more money to gamble with because I didn't pay the high prices on the strip!
