Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pleasanton Marriott
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 5, 2013

It is older than most in this area; but, it has been exceptionally-well-upgraded. It feels fresh, new, and better laid out for meetings and small group discussions. It is very quiet--feels like a resort area instead of like other places in the middle of the business park. It is embedded with many tall redwoods and other well-designed landscaping features that make it feel like a remote, resort area. It is nestled up against the Pleasanton hills about a mile from the West side of the Business Park and only short distance to I-580. But, you are well-isolated from the noise of the freeways and business park areas because of the space use, many trees and land shielding plan. If you have a vehicle, this is the best place to stay in this area. ...

As long as I can get a room for XXX I will continue to stay here. Love the fact it's so close to all the stores you can possibly think of. Very nice hotel.

Hotel was great! Staff was great! Room was great! Priceline and the hotel communication with each other? Not so great.

The Pleasanton Marriott hotel is a nice clean hotel with a friendly staff. They were very helpful and when I needed to extend the stay for an extra day it was without difficulty. I was however very disappointed by the cost of the wifi. It seems in this day and age where wifi is available almost everywhere for free up-charging it at a minimum of $13/day is a bit of a deterrant. They also offer no complimentary breakfast which most lower cost facilities do. All in all it was a positive experience but will probably stay elsewhere when in the area. ...

Great bar area for meeting folks or just unwinding after a busy work day. Nice pool area too, although pool not heated so too cold to use.

Staff professed the desire to help but really didn't want to when other guests were rude, unruley and out of control at 2am. I would remove this hotel from you list completely.
