Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

resort fee - $20.00 - for what????, please do not say wi-fi, motel 6 has that as well for free. Swimming pool, other hotels have that as well.

The room was very nice and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pools and the landscaping were beautiful. There weren't many places close by to eat that weren't fast food. Over all it is a very nice place to get away.

The hotel is in a very remote location and almost all the bars and restaurants were not open.

Every room is a mini suite, but they also has bigger suites available if needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants on property to fit your dining needs, from 5 star to a coffee bar. The property is huge and lots of hills, but they offer complimentary shuttle service around the site. The views are breathtaking, we took a lot of pictures! I reccomend this hotel to anyone and will definately stay there again! ...
