Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(22) | Solo Traveler(14) | Traveling as Couple(46) | Family with Young Children(30) | Family with Teens(19) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(9)

The rooms were great and very family friendly.
The only think i would have to say is that the shower curtain in the bathroom smelled very strong of mildew.
This hotel was very family freindly. Great location. There are many activities for all family members and great restaurants.

Price
Location and parking was impossible. Had to carry our own luggage, not a problem usually, but in this hotel it is all uphill.
While the construction is unique, the location of this hotel is not convenient and the parking was deplorable, had to drive around for almost 20 minutes to just find a space. When it is that crowded, valet should have been offered. Very difficult room access for people with mobility issues or elderly.
