Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 27, 2013

we only stayed 1 night for a girls' night out. It was a great place to stay. In order to fully appreciate this hotel, you will need more than one night. The restaurant, The Different View came very highly but we didn't get a chance to dine there. They also have an outstanding recreation center with pools that we did not utilize. Great for a family vacation or a girls' night out. I would highly recommend but also recommend for all to pile up in one vehicle if you can to avoid shuttle transfers. I would not recommend this for anyone who has difficulty ambulating or requires wheelchair or walker. ...

The hotel is close to PV MAll with lots of good food and shopping. Also not far from great shopping in North Scootsdale.

If possible get a signature suite and rent a poolside cabana. Parking maybe a little nerve racking if you haven't been there before, but not too bad once you get the hang of it

Parking was difficult, if you have a large vehicle. Very narrow roads and parking was limited. We had to walk quite aways to our car each time in the heat. Our AC did not work the first night and at midnight they wanted us to pack up everything and move 3 building away. Brought us fans to use. Finally came and fixed it the next day.
