Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 15, 2013

While the construction is unique, the location of this hotel is not convenient and the parking was deplorable, had to drive around for almost 20 minutes to just find a space. When it is that crowded, valet should have been offered. Very difficult room access for people with mobility issues or elderly.

Family Traveling with Young Children
It's a great place to stay as a family. It only had one water slide though, but our kids enjoyed playing water volleyball. Our boys enjoyed the basketball court as well. There were several nice pools & the waterfalls & palm trees were very pretty.

This hotel was beautiful and a lot of fun. The pool was incredible. The a taste in tyme restaurant was over priced for mediocre food but the pool side restaurant was good. All in all a great experience

If possible get a signature suite and rent a poolside cabana. Parking maybe a little nerve racking if you haven't been there before, but not too bad once you get the hang of it
