Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was beautiful . Easy to get to . Gym is good as are the pools. Food was good and the staff very friendly
Nothing bad to say about the hotel

If you are a lesiure traveller then I would highly recommend this as a tranquil place to stay. If you are a business traveller then this is a definite break away from the usual hotel and a welcome change

The Pointe of View restaurant and bar, the vistas from the hillside.
I was only spending one night as part of a business trip. I did not appreciate the resort fee tack on. The Internet service charge was included in the resort fee but at $14/day it is absurdly high.

What a fantastic property! This is a beautiful hotel with great staff.
Nothing.

The rooms at this resort are really well appointed, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Remember that you can take the free shuttle between this and its sister resort, which has a water park (for the kids, of course).

Internet should be free at this price point. Minifridge was not nearly cold enough for our personal items. Parking became a problem when hotel filled up Saturday night.

Incredible view of northern Phoenix from the hotel room balcony, and a perfectly maintained pool & hot tub on the same level only 30 feet away. Clean, well-lit, gorgeous suite. Large TVs with HDMI input. Only 20 minutes from downtown. Staff were extremely friendly, and maid service was perfect. Internet is not free, and most of the resort extras are not included. But the pool & the water park(!) & hiking were all free and well worth it. This place simply blew away all our expectations. ...read more

Only 15 tv channels, 3 were hotel channels, near the pool and it was loud!

This room is very attractive. It is so large it is hard to get around and difficult to find parking close to the room. The bell man gave us the wrong directions to find our room and we kept driving around and around--very frustrating! They did appologize when we went back to the front desk but still it was frustrating! The room smelled musty and unclean even though it looked nice. The beds was so uncomfortable and the pillows were as FLAT as pancakes!!My neck was sore the next morning. We were there for business and they charge for wi-fi in the room AND also to use the computors in the business center. Almost all the hotels and resorts we've been to in the last year give free wi-fi and /or computer use. Please share this with the hotel. ...read more

Stayed there the night before taking my nursing boards. My friend and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The large spacious rooms, and how quiet the hotel was. The lobby serves Starbucks coffee which was great! It was also very quiet in our room so we slept really well the night before the test:) and we both passed!

I stayed here 7 years ago on a family vacation and this worked great for business.
Pools could be deeper.

Great place to relax at the end of a long day in the hot Phoenix heat.
