Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(24) | Solo Traveler(15) | Traveling as Couple(45) | Family with Young Children(29) | Family with Teens(18) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(8)

The swimming pool and rooms are different from the front room.
Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night.
Love it.

Rate received was excellent.
Needed
to find the first assigned room, even though property was only 1/3 full. Called front desk and was reassigned.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking can be a big pain if occupancy is over 50% due to so few stalls.

Great Pointe In Tyme restaurant.
Common areas getting a little run down.
This aging resort is still very nice and a exceptional value on Priceline. All rooms are suites and the Pointe In Tyme restaurant and lounge were great. There is a great pool complex as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hot tubs weren't working at the adult pool. Weren't hot at family pool.
Overall, a nice place.
A lot of children. Disappointed by the hot tubs. We
had a nice time.

comfortable room, bed, and pool. nice little gym.
limited parking and sidewalks, dated/deferred maintenance (buildings look crumbly!), old dated shower/tub bathroom. Paper thin walls!
mediocre. Will look for somewhere else to stay next time.

The View restaurant has amazing views. Food was amazing! Chocolate covered strawberries was a very nice touch for our honeymoon.
I had to request multiple times for non-alcoholic sparkling cider instead of sparkling wine

Two room suite and having an adult only pool was nice.
Parking was a bit tight if you came back late. Food and drinks a bit pricey.
Very clean and nice two room suite with small balcony. Eight pools to choose from and even an adult only one which was nice. Staff was friendly and property neat and clean.
