Hotel Guest Reviews of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 21, 2013

This hotel was very family freindly. Great location. There are many activities for all family members and great restaurants.

While the construction is unique, the location of this hotel is not convenient and the parking was deplorable, had to drive around for almost 20 minutes to just find a space. When it is that crowded, valet should have been offered. Very difficult room access for people with mobility issues or elderly.

My husband was parked (although still seated with it running) in the area which stated "LOBBY" as I ran in to check in. The Vallet staff was very rude, and instructed my husband to move our vehicle forward. My husband did just that and was then confronted again by the vallet staff that he needed to park somewhere else. After we received our room key we were given a map of the area to park. The parking situation was HORRIBLE, we circled the parking lot for about 20 minutes (along with several other cars) and still did not find a parking spot. We had to park I believe in an area where employee's park (as we saw several leaving from their vehicles). It was very far from our room. The entire hotel experience was far from great. ...
