Clean and convenient hotel for a great price, right in the heart of London. The staff are very eager to please.
Rooms are spare but clean. Nothing shabby or dirty or scary. But I would have liked a few conveniences like an ironing board or more fancy soaps/shampoos/lotions.
This is a great place for the price, especially in such a great location. You get a basic room that is bright, and clean, but not as fancy as a 5-start hotel. The staff are great -- always around and always willing to help. Breakfast is a lot of food and good variety for a cheap price. I was traveling on business and it worked fine for me.
