Hotel Guest Reviews of the Premier Inns Pismo Beach

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location and the price.
I reserved a non smoking room, the sign outside the room said non smoking but as soon as I walked in I could smell the nasty cigarette smoke. I did wake up with a headache the next morning and I know it was due to the cigarette smoke smell.

I reserved 4 rooms due to my whole family and kids going. We had a full schedule so we really just needed a nights rest and a shower, nothing fancy. For the price this worked out great for us. My room was the only one that smelled like cigarette. Other than that it was a good stay.

First the recepciopnist was great, Room was OK and parking infront of it, great !!! For a 2 stars Motel it was perfect and for one night great.

In my opinion as a traveler and just staying for one night I do believe the location, Room and the rest is fine.

The hotel was close to places to eat and walking distance to the local Wall mart. The price was also very reasonable for the area, I will definitely stay there again if the prices stay the same.
It is in a stage of remodeling, so you want to try and get one of the rooms that has already been updated.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciate the 12:00 p.m. Check out, it allowed me and my family to not be in a rush. The coffee at the front desk in the morning was nice, I just would have liked a mug not a small styrofoam cup. I would expect small styrofoam cups from "one star hotels" not a " two star". I will however be back and next time I will bring a mug from home so that I may enjoy my coffee in the morning. ...read more

Even though the motel was completely full 2 of the nights of my stay, it was extremely quiet.
I was disappointed that free wifi wasn't available in the rooms.

The price and location were excellent.
The toilet was not attached to the floor, bed spread had cigarette burns, carpet dirty, stale

Thus hotel has the potential to be great with a little cleaning. The location and rate was great.we would stay here again

Great price. Very quiet. Nice location. Staff was nice.
The room had an odor to it. Possibly the cleaning products. The lamp was missing a light bulb, sink was slow draining. Told the staff when we left.

The price is great for the area. It is in a nice location. It would be nice if they could improve the odor in the rooms. Maybe change the cleaning products.

The view from the room and the proximity to the freeway.
It was pleasant.

Close to the freeway, not far from SLO close to Pismo and Grover Beach. Great location for a weekend away.

Location, scenery, outside appearance.
Just the many young crowd of occupants that partied and made a lot of noise.

For the value, this was a very nice place and I would stay there again. The location was perfect, close to town and right by the freeway and close to the beach.
