Very friendly, and treated everyone like their guest.
The window on the entrance side of the room didn't close. It is a slated window. Although I didn't encounter any bugs in the room, it was definitely an entrance way for them to get in. Everything else was fine.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay (comfortable bed, nice shower, TV) then this should be fine for your money. It wasn't expensive, considering I only sleep and shower in the room.

The location and the staff was EXCELLENT. The people who owned the place were extremely friendly and accomodating. It is hard to find a place that takes my dog and this place made no issue of it.
Parking. There are more rooms than there is parking in the underground lot. The drivepath to get into the lot is nervously tight as well. I went out and when I returned at midnight my spot was filled and I had to park on the street. I woke the next mornin

I will say that for the price, and despite the parking issue, and what it lacks in modern renovation, this hotel was a great deal. You are literally on the beach and a short walk from any nightlife. It's a very short walk to the beach and close to several restaurants/bars on the main drag.
It could really use a serious remodel, as well as more updated management procedures.

Excellent location. Very friendly family that own/run the hotel. Free bikes, movies, Internet and parking.
Rooms need updating.

Well priced, family run hotel that has 2 room efficiency units with 4 beds that appealed to my family group of five adults and a two-year old. The rooms need updating, but are OK if you're not a clean freak. Nice big screen LCD and a big selection of free movies to borrow. Free parking is great plus you are really close to the beach.
