Hotel Guest Reviews of the Presidente Intercontinental Monterrey
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Adrian from Monterrey, TX

I really can not say that I found something that is worthy to mention.
They chaged me again, because they said that mi reservation was not previously paid.
Not so friendly.

Cleanliness of the room.
The towels were not 100% fresh. They were clean though.
Perfect for business travelers. Good price.

Bed.
Bathroom is old and needs remodel, Internet cost $10 per day! WOW, Breakfast is nearly $20 USD!
Service was not as good as other stays at this hotel, I will be looking for another location from now on in Monterrey, the price of all the food and services is thru the roof, stayed there 5 days and the total was over $1000 USD and I did not eat all my meals there, less than half. The $10 a day Internet sealed the deal, I will not be back.
