Hotel Guest Reviews of the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 9, 2013

It was fine. Nothing special but acceptable. It is a tired old hotel in need of a complete updating.

Hotel was priced ok on the discount site, I would have been disappointed if the cost was anymore after seeing the room. Good location, clean but rooms are dated. Good hotel for the value. They should update the rooms and bedding.

Family Traveling with Teens
The amenities are cheap, especially the towels were really thin. Felt like staying a motel rather than a hotel.

The staff were very knowledgeable. The Man at the desk actually answered every question we had for him, and was even gave his written direction to attractions in the area to entertain the kids ( all teens). I would definitively stay again ...
