The location was right across from the Palace.
The Palace gates closed early so we had to walk all the way around to get to the hotel.

Great location. Bus boy was very helpful at explaining the hotel info. Room was very clean. The hair dryer kept on shutting off but they did bring one up as soon as we called them.

It was extremely close to all the major sites of Old Madrid. It was directly across the street from the Palacio Real!
There appeared to be an air conditioning control on the wall but the room was very hot the whole time even though we had it set at the lowest setting.

It was lovely and very convenient. Apart from the room being a little hot, overall it was wonderful. The view of the Palacio Real from our window was breathtaking!
