Dirty, poor service, poor WiFi, smelled like sewer, bed bugs.

This by far is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in all my travels. There were bed bugs and the hotel gave us a hard time getting another room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Location, location, location.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (free)with your stay was excellent. The location is not good. You have to take the metro to get to any place and it is a distance to walk to get to it.

Near Vatican, near Metro, great air conditioning and great price.

Hotel did not have charm of central Rome.

I would totally recommend this hotel for price and comfort.

Hotel exceeded expectations in every way breakfast was excellent, hotel staff friendly and english speaking!

Location a bit further from Vatican than we thought- but a very easy walk nonetheless to St Peter's.

Again, hotel exceeded expectations in every way for price point, an excellent value! hotel manager went out of his way to introduce himself to us, inquire about our stay, and make sure his hotel and staff met our needs..wonderful experience in all ways would highly recommend this hotel to other leisure time travelers to room.

Nice breakfast, safe, convenient location with friendly staff.

The booking was incomplete and we had to pay for an extra bed in one of the rooms.

Nice location less than 10 minutes walk from the Cipro Metro stop and a few blocks from Vatican City. The price was good for the area and the breakfast included warm and cold items. Nice atmosphere and nice rooms with jet tub/shower. We had a room with a walk-out balcony and view of the north side of the city. Only downfall was noise carrying in the halls and walls from the the next door rooms, otherwise it was private and cozy. ...read more

They gave me a room at 10am, early, & I appreciated this. Good, free breakfast.

Air conditioning didn't work and it was very hot in Rome. Small room. Noisy with windows open.

They let us in 4 hours early (10am) which was great, but a lousy room. It was small & the air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was very good.
