Inexpensive, clean, located close to highway, etc.
Poorly decorated, coffee stain on carpet in our room, needs a face lift/updating.
This hotel was perfect for a quick stopover as our halfway destination point in the middle of a long drive. It is not located near the downtown part of Sherbrooke, but it serves the purpose as it is close to the highway.

We had forgotten a pair of sandals. They sent them to us providing prepayment of $12.00.
We found a live cockroach in the bathroom.
The staff was very friendly, but we did not appreciate the cockroach and only having a $10.00 credit.

Big, clean room and comfortable bed.
The hallway were not attractive, it was a bit dirty and old fashion.
Good size room. Clean room, parking lots is real close to the rooms. friendly staff, great value for the stars level.

We found it a good distance from all attractions, also restaurants were all within an acceptable distance. We truly enjoyed our stay!
