Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn & Suites Federal Way
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 13, 2013

Our Priceline deal made this room very convenient and affordable for us. We stayed here to see the Bonsai Gardens nearby, and boy am I glad we did.

Not especially nice or excelling in any area. Suited me just fine since I was only staying one night and leaving early the next morning. Staff was friendly and changed my room without question when I told them it smelled smokey. They said they are currently in the process of replacing all the carpet and remodeling. It's what I would expect of a two star hotel.

The breakfast is good - well balanced from what kids would probably eat and healthy choices as well. The staff is friendly and helpful - willing to do whatever they can do to help you.

I was switched to a 2nd room because the air conditioner kept turning itself off...the only thing that worked was the fan...the continental breakfast, wasn't much to it and they were out of eggs so the selection wasn't good. The bed was to hard to sleep in and the bathroom was to small.

Besides the first woman we encountered who didn't let us check-in an hour early, things were fine. All we wanted to do was to drop our bags as we had an event to attend. It seemed to be a legitimate proposition, but no, she did not like it.
