The staff was very helpful in getting us transportation to/from Cowboys Stadium.
Our room was not ready at check-in time.

This is a good budget hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting a ride to/from Cowboys Stadium. Our room was not ready at the check-in time, though, so we had to wait about 45 minutes for it to get cleaned. The only rooms available when we stayed were smoking rooms - they definitely smell like they've been smoked in.

It was clean and friendly.
I was being told that my payment didn't go through, when it was debited from my account.

The hotel was great overall. I had great service and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well, however, it was a small selection. Once again, the hotel was great overall and the following reason that I was not completely happy was the booking process of the hotel. A couple of days after I made my reservation online, the correct amount was debited from my account. Two weeks later, which is the day I was going to check out, the service lady said my card was being decline. I was utterly confused, because I thought I already paid the due. It turned out the payment was pending the whole time without my knowledge and were trying to make the transaction that day. I was embarrassed and disappointed because I was certain that the payment was made weeks ago and I didn't read anything about my payment pending for that long. The service lady was understandable throughout the whole situation, and I felt so bad because they let me go without paying until my next pay day.

I liked the friendly and helpfulness of the staff. And the convenient location of businesses around the hotel.
They need to have a major update of rooms, TV's, and bathrooms.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Wasn't very romantic and room service was too expensive and not very good.

The stay was overall good, however the room service really ruined that comfortable feeling.

Staff made it easy to check-in.
Air freshener was overwhelming.

This Inn was easy to get to and the rooms were large and accommodating. The staff was available and made for easy check in and great breakfast. I only wish the carpet had been cleaner in room 215 and less air freshener in all three rooms. Smelled stale instead of fresh.

It was located further from the attractions we were in town for.

The hotel was clean, but very small. Parking wasn't great and the parking lot was poorly lit. No elevator meant hauling four kids plus bags up the stairs. The rooms were nice and good sized. The breakfast served was decent.

It was in a bad area of town. No elevator to the second floor. Just didn't feel clean.

Not what I expected for the price I had to pay!
