Overall, it was clean and the continental breakfast selection was really good.
Under renovation, employees left card access door propped open with no one around, stairwell smelt.

I believe when the renovations are complete, it will be an even better hotel. Glad to see upkeep!

Nothing! The night clerk was nice, but he was busy cleaning a room when we arrived.
30 min. wait for night clerk, arrived at 10PM did not get into room until after 11Pm, toilet ran all night, hallway under construction.

If I could give this place a Zero Stars I would. We were left waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes to check in. The phones ran, the person that was there before us finally left before the staff arrived. True, the night clerk was cleaning a room and moving someone when we arrived, but this only shows that they were under staffed. If we hadn't already paid for our room we would have left, too. The hallway was a mess as they are doing remodeling, the hot and cold were opposite from where they should have been, and the toilet ran all night. I told the morning desk clerk and she did not apologize, only wanting to know our room number. ...read more

This hotel was being remodeled. The place was a mess. There was no screen or shades on the window. The hot tub was not working, etc.

This hotel was convenient to the 5 fwy. and was a decent value for the money spent.
Kids ran up and down the halls and were pretty loud but only during regular hours - not too late or too early..

This was decent and a moderate value for the money spent.
