Everyone was accommodating and helpful, especially when I needed to print some documents.
The ice machine was broken, but they had ice at the front desk and were generous with it!
The hotel is very conveniently located and easily accessible.

It was well maintained and nicely decorated.
I recommend brighter light bulbs in reading lamps and more fresh fruit at breakfast.
A very nice establishment and well worth the cost.

Convenient to Nantahala River and rafting, close to Tail of the Dragon, Joyce Kilmer National Forest, and other outdoor activities.
Pool is not deep enough and they do not restock the breakfast bar in the mornings.
The people were nice, hotel was clean, and the location is very quiet. I like the picnic area by the creek and the grills came in handy.

Awesome. The location, the super friendly staff, the spotless and beautiful rooms & furniture. Flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, & freezer. Very homey and comfortable. And you can't forget about the hot breakfast!
