Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Auburn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 29, 2013

The hotel is in a convenient location and is inexpensive. The staff provide quality service and are available whenever needed. I traveled with my 4 years old son and he enjoyed the breakfast. Breakfast was over and one staff member was nice enough to make an exception and serve my son breakfast. I would recommend the Quality Inn to family and friends. I will have to visit Auburn often and plan to stay at the Quality Inn whenever I'm on town. ...

The hotel was nice, but the location is pretty tight for parking, but I'll stay there again because of the way I was treated. Thanks.

The bed was comfortable with great pillows. The coffee in the room was good, and the complimentary breakfast included boiled eggs, waffles, cereals, danishes, bagels, and more. We were very pleased.

The staff was friendly and helpful and my experience was overall pleasant. The carpet could use replacing, and it smelled odd at first, but I think that may have something to do with the fact that this hotel accepts pets, and that is OK. I would stay there again. I would switch to hard floors and use throw rugs to overcome the carpet problems, if I owned this hotel. The room was clean and pleasant otherwise. ...
