Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Auburn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

No, and i complained to your service department and received an email that did not even make sense. Obviously, lacking in English communication skills or just avoiding taking responsibility, I'm not sure which. Be assured I will not be using you again.
The carpets were so dirty they were packed. The odor was terrible. We opted to forfit the moony we had paid and went to another hotel.

DO NOT GO THERE!

Friendly staff, great service, decent breakfast, and convenient location

The hotel is in a convenient location and is inexpensive. The staff provide quality service and are available whenever needed. I traveled with my 4 years old son and he enjoyed the breakfast. Breakfast was over and one staff member was nice enough to make an exception and serve my son breakfast. I would recommend the Quality Inn to family and friends. I will have to visit Auburn often and plan to stay at the Quality Inn whenever I'm on town. ...read more

Very helpful staff.
The pillows were small and uncomfortable and more like a travel pillow.

The hotel was clean and perfect for a football weekend. Close to food and Auburn University. I would recommend bringing your on pillow.

The staff was very helpful and nice.
Business center to complete my paperwork during my stay, but the front desk helped me out with that.

The hotel was nice, but the location is pretty tight for parking, but I'll stay there again because of the way I was treated. Thanks.

they attempted to corect problem in a timely manner.
when I arrived for check-in at 3:00pm , and it was stated check-in is at 1:00, they gave me keys to room 116, room was dirty.

Definitley not a family friendly hotel, jsut a last minute stay hotel, if you can't find anywhere else to stay.

Clean and decent price. I would be willing to spend more than one night there.
Shower curtain needs replacing.

Pleasantly surprised. Courteous staff, clean room, all amenities in room.

The breakfast exceeded expectations and the staff was friendly. Comfy pillows, too.
No remote for the TV.

The bed was comfortable with great pillows. The coffee in the room was good, and the complimentary breakfast included boiled eggs, waffles, cereals, danishes, bagels, and more. We were very pleased.

It was close to where I needed to be, comfortable and fairly clean.
The room had a stale odor upon entering and the carpet looked old and stained.

The staff was friendly and helpful and my experience was overall pleasant. The carpet could use replacing, and it smelled odd at first, but I think that may have something to do with the fact that this hotel accepts pets, and that is OK. I would stay there again. I would switch to hard floors and use throw rugs to overcome the carpet problems, if I owned this hotel. The room was clean and pleasant otherwise. ...read more
