Quality Inn Brookfield

The hotel was o.k. for a one night stay, we were not in the room long which was good. The rooms were so small, we had to have one of children sleep in my parents room, because our room was too small to have both of our children in it. The breakfast was pretty picked over when we got to it. It was also noted that the receptionist was also the one that had to stock the breakfast. She seemed really busy having to do both jobs and I feel this is why the breakfast wasn't stocked well because she was too busy with check-outs to fill the breakfast area. ...read more

This place was nice, close to cocktails at night and breakfast in the morning.

With the exception of the above negatives, the bed was excellent, the room quiet, clean and light free. Really a good room for a pet friendly hotel in the area.

Rooms needed to be updated. Outdoor heated pool, Breakfast, lobby, Staff and the location the Best thing about this hotel.

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. If they have a maintenance person, they need to be fired. nothing to bad... just lacks daily upkeep. free Internet.

The staff at the Quality Inn were excellent. Loved the fresh cookies in the lobby at night. The rooms, however, are tired. Definitely need a renovation.

I will not use you again. The staff argued with me and my family. Both rooms were not cleaned. I paid $30 more than my sister paid. Unacceptable treatment.
