Quality Inn Charlotte

The bed was not the best but wasn't too bad. I wouldn't want to stay more than a night or two. The staff was nice but trading out towels without getting the maid to clean the whole room was almost like bartering for cattle! I had to turn in my dirty towels and trash to get new ones and some more coffee. The breakfast was ok. My comforter had a tear in it. Right on top in the center. You'd think the maid would have seen that and switched it out. I called the front desk right away and let them know because I was not going to pay for that. Otherwise it was an ok place to stay. Okay for the price but we would not return.

This Hotel exceed my expectations, I would definitely stay again and recommend the Hotel to anyone.

Lots of resturants in the area. Not far from the highway and downtown Charlotte.

The cover to air conditioning fell off at a time maintenance was not there. he refrigerator was not plugged in and when I went to open it it smelled terrible. Bedskirts need to be ironed spider webs needed to cleaned from walls the curtains need to be bleached and furniture could stand some polish. Should have gotten one star.

The breakfast was fantastic. They had everything you could hope for! Waffles, donuts, pastries, fruit, eggs, sausage, milk, coffee, juice, bagels, english muffins, cereal, etc etc etc. The room was also modern and extremely clean. Hotel staff very friendly. Would not want to stay here again at any price!

The hotel is okay, the price is a little high for the quality received. The fitness center is old and the equipment broken, the pool is dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, and the elevator looks and sounds like it is about to break. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, the location seems safe.

I loved everything about this place. It was our 2nd choice but we were VERY happy with all of the accommodations. On our return trip, we were unsure if we were going to stay in a hotel again but if we had we would have stayed here for the 2nd time!
