Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Downtown

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location close to downtown, easy walk to convention center, restaurants.
The parking structure next door is a little grim.

Location. Security gate in place so homeless won't be able to approach you.
Small room.

Location is convenient to everywhere you might want to go. Security gate is a must in downtown Sacramento.

Walking distance to convention center & many good restaurants nearby.
Lots of homeless people digging thru garbage day & night.

Service was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was good with several options from fruit to sausage-eggs-waffle. Generally quiet. Off-street parking (free). No frills but none needed.

Great service and breakfast.
Bed was hard.

This was a great place for quick access to the hospital and they are very clean and nice!

The night desk lady was pleasant and helpful.
Our queen room had a full/double bed.

Kind of an awkward visit. Would not go back but it was not a terrible stay.

Nothing really.
Worn out badly.

Claims to be renovated but very dated and worn out. Felt dirty. It did have a nice TV though.

The front desk clerk was very nice, friendly and greeted me with a great welcome.
The room used to have a picture on the wall that was maybe ripped off the wall. All that was left was screws.

I would stay here again for sure. Location, friendly staff, and the price was great for a one night stay over.

Lady at the front counter was extremely helpful.
Rooms are run down, mildew in bathroom, stains on carpet.
