Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Durango
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 3, 2013

We were just stopping over for the night... late in and early out. We were traveling with a group of 5th grade girls, and everything worked out very smoothly. Being right across the street from the KFC worked out well for us as we were very tired and hungry. The accommodations were clean and functional. The breakfast area was a little on the small side, but luckily we beat the rush and had the place pretty much to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. ...

This was a nice place, not far from downtown, though not within walking distance. I would stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how updated the hotel rooms were. Bed & bedding were modern and comfortable and the decor was much nicer than I expected for a 2 star. Everything was extremely clean. The staff were excellent and they had a decent continental breakfast with hot food. Two nice little hot tubs in a glass enclosed room looking out towards the river made for a nice morning soak and they are a stone's throw from the Durango Rec Ctr. Free trolley passes by and will take you right into downtown. I had passed by this hotel before because the exterior doesn't promise much, but I will definately stay here again now that I know how clean, comfortable and friendly it is! ...

Great overall experience. Above a 2 star hotel in my opinion.

Everything was wonderful and above expectations, except that when we went for breakfast they didn't have any hot scrambled eggs or sausage. Maybe we got there too late.

The breakfast room is on the second floor of the building with the office (the hotel is made up of 3 different buildings with ice problems around the 2 furthest from the highway). The rooms are very nice and spacious.

Great staff, good location on the main drag, but north of the congested area on the south side of town. Wife loved the uniqueness of a mini rubber duck for the tub - great marketing!
