Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Exit 4

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location was located by the mall which helped with several restaurants.
Absolutely not a 3-Star level

The hotel looked very well used. The bed however was very comfortable. The hotel had exterior doors that did make it easy to get baggage, etc in and out, but not what I had expected for the level promised.

Loved the courtyard view from my room
Buffet breakfast was about the worse I have ever had. All the usual things were there - eggs, bacon, etc. but it was so bland and tasteless I couldn't even eat it...then they topped it off with luke warm coffee...ugh...not even worth it for free

Not really a 3-star hotel but clean and in a good location near the interstate. I would suggest not wasting your time on the breakfast bar, just go to Crackerbarrel a mile a way - not worth it even though it was free

the free breakfast
The bathroom shower tiles need some work or replacement.

The Hotel was good but I did have problems checking in because Priceline had not sent them the reservation. Thankfully I had my confirmation # and the desk gal made the calls and got it handled but it took awhile.

The best part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet which they had a lot to choose from. Tips aren't included so just a reminder to bring some cash for tips at breakfast.
Everything was great, one thing that was just odd was the indoor pool area was right where the main lobby and breakfast buffet was at(no wall or nothing separating them), which kinda felt awkward being in the pool.

Lobby was really nice rooms where nice and clean the beds comfortable but pillow where a little flat. Flat screen tv was nice. Location was close to all the restaurants and shops.

Friendly staff
They said it was a nom-smoking room, but it smelled like a smoking room

This is not a three-star hotel. It is a two star motel.

Great staff, clean room and nice breakfast!
Overall a nice stay however the dining area was very humid and warm.

Was pleased overall with the stay. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. It's unfortunate the the newly renovated dining area included an indoor pool; this made the dining area very humid and warm. The breakfast buffet was great with many options!

The absolute best thing about this hotel is that it is close to all of the shopping, restaurants, and I-24. The next best thing about this hotel is that it has an indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. The free country breakfast is also a plus.
The one thing to not like about the hotel restaurant is the amount of frozen and canned vegetables served . . .but the cook did a great job even with lower quality products. You have to put the "do not disturb sign on your door or they wake you at 9am.

The drive way to the hotel is directly adjacent to the gas station so it is not hard to see, simply stop at the first light off of I-24 after crossing under the highway and pay attention . . . the drivers are pretty nice so they will let you in. The rooms and bathrooms were clean to standard. If you have allergies then be aware that they only have feather filled pillow--so I put my pillows on the sofa and slept without them. They do have an issue with being accessible to the handicapped because many of the entrances from the parking lot DO NOT have wheelchair accessible slopes--it is a hard curb; fortunately I was having a good week and was moving with cane otherwise I would have had to come in the front door and hope for the best in getting to the exterior "motel rooms" so this is something to consider for those in a wheel chair. The staff has the nice approach expected in the South and are very considerate. This is only 20 minutes from Fort Campbell by car. The free WiFi works very well. If I put it all together: in house restaurant and bar; indoor and outdoor pools; hot tub; dry sauna; and room service I would agree that this is a three-star "motel". Because the fence went all around the hotel and there was only one way to enter and exit the property it met my security needs. The grounds were also very well maintained. The Quality of the grounds, customer service, and location makes this indeed Quality Inn. ...read more

Large rooms with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
The over the mirror lighting could be improved but that's just a female preference.

Convenient location although access to the hotel could be better. Great breakfast. Large rooms with comfy beds. Many many amenities. Good value for such nice accommodations.
