Hotel is adequate for a nights stay. Clean except for carpeting. Window looked at brick wall. Complimentary breakfast was poor. Easy to find off highway.

Guy at counter wouldn't get off of a personal call to check me in. I got to the room and it was evident that the door to it had been kicked in at some point. Temporary repair had been attempted. I walked in and the room smelled funny. It appeared to be very dirty. I walked into the bathroom and there was hair in the floor and in the bathtub. I was in a crunch so I cleaned it up. I grabbed some drinks from my bag and went to place them in the fridge only to find it didn't work. Called the front desk, but never got a replacement. Additionally, two lamps in the room didn't even work. I felt very unsafe, and needed a shower after my shower. ...

Solo Traveler
The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I requested a roll away or additional blankets, but they were not able to accommodate my request. The room I checked into was large and nicely decorated. But smelled of smoke and needed to be sprayed with air freshener. I thought the location of the hotel was good and seemed to be a safe neighborhood.

There was a fire outside our room the morning after our arrival we were told the fire extinguishers that were used to put out the fire would be replaced that day. They were not replaced until two days later. The staff at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. The bathroom in the room was never cleaned, only towels were replaced. The deadbolt on the door did not work. There was a card in the room that said if you were unhappy and the hotel was not able to fix the problem "to your satisfaction" they would refund your money. We asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere and were told no. this hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. I would never recommend it to anyone. In my opinion it should be closed. ...

Great place to stay, friendly staff, and fresh made as you wait waffles for breakfast, wow. Definitely will stay here next time we are in the area.
