Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Hemet

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and most helpful. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean

I've only stayed here once and this is first time in Hemet so I can't compare this hotel to others in the area but what I can say is this is an excellent hotel. For being a "budget" hotel it certainly exceeded that role. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

The room appointments were amazing, considering the area, and the apparent age of the building.
The location was a little dicey.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very tasty. There was plenty of it, and we didn't have to wait in a line, wait for a table, or deal with any crowds who took all the food before we got there.

This was our first stay at this hotel. the staff was friendly and accomodation. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definately stay there again.
The only thing that was a little bothersome was the loud water pipes and the fridge was a little noisy everything else was great.

We have previously stayed a few times in a hotel down the road from this one. This visit there were no rooms available so we booked at the Quality Inn. We were pleasantly surprised with the accomodations. The room was very clean, we got free cookies on arrival, free water in the fridge, great tv... could not ask for more. We will definately return and stay here again.

Just average. Location close to relative's house is biggest draw.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great!
The only thing that could have been better is having a larger area for the breakfast area.

Our stay here was good - comfortable beds, great breakfast, and great service!

We really liked that it had a microwave, refrigerator, and mini bar sink. Breakfast was warm and had a good selection. Free newspaper and wi-fi a plus.
Even though we smoke, we chose a smoking room (probably for the rate). If the rate is higher for a non-smoking room, we probably would not stay again.

This hotel is sequestered in old Hemet. Although the grounds were well landscaped, the areas around is undesirable. We just needed to leave our home in the area for a night and didn't want to spend a lot of money. It was just right for this purpose. The refrigerator and microwave are nice touches for anyone staying more than a day, but wonder who would.

They gave me a room on the bottom floor, which made it easy for me and my husband to get in with our bags.

I'd like the hotel and I will come back, when I return to Hemet to visit my son and his family.

I liked the location and staff.
Did not replace soap and shampoo daily. Charged extra for double beds instead of king.

Quality Inn in Hemet is a very nice hotel with friendly desk personal. The entire place was well kept and clean. I would suggest leaving the the free breakfast open till 10 instead of 9. They also charged extra to switch from King bed to two double beds which should be the free and is in most hotels I've stayed based on availablity.

Clean rooms, breakfast good, pool pretty nice
breakfast area cramped, could use more towels in pool area.

This was a great alternative, we think over the cheaper hotels. It was $30 more than we wanted to spend but after seeing where and what the other choices were we were very happy with our choice. Friendly staff and clean and safe sums it up.

I liked the small but extremely convenience of the kitchen in the hotel room.
The only thing I would like to see improvement on is the ability to hook up an HDMI cable to the TV.

This hotel was by far a best kept secret. The breakfast was amazing and the room was cozy, clean, roomy and had lots of conveniences; like a small kitchen and huge flat screen TV. I recommend staying here for the price and what that price covers.
