The room heated up nicely which was most appreciated considering the May snowstorm.
The queen-sized bed had 4 little square pillows. We would have much preferred 2 standard pillows. I would have liked to have known about the pet charge ahead of booking.

Staff was unapologetic regarding bites/infestation in bed and dirty sheets. Lack of follow through.
Never, never, never again. I have never been one to complain nor demand compensation for unsatisfactory service, dining, etc. But awakening to insects in the bed and unclean linens is unacceptable. Not even a verbal apology. Only excuses and annoyance that they were being confronted. Not impressed that the health inspector had been there a month prior, doesn't change the fact that I've been eaten alive and stuck in dirty conditions. Management wouldn't return phone calls, hospitality worker at desk was apathetic. Very disappointing.

Convenient, clean and friendly staff.
Great for the basics as a clean comfortable place to sleep, but not if you're planning on spending much time at the hotel.
