Bugs were everywhere AC didn't work well pillows were horrible linens were stained

Hated the location. Lawns were tended to poorly. Portable air conditioners in Lobby. Staff was undertrained. Airconditioner didn't work well in room. Huge spiders killed in room. Bed uncomfortable with substandard linens and small pillows. Totally unsatisfied will not stay again no matter what the price.

Decor was nice, cleanliness was okay.
Fiddleback spiders, broken plumbing, baseboards not clean. Underbid were crumbs.

Very spiteful manager. Only had two maids. Had to wait for room to be cleaned befiore check in.

The sheets were clean and the towels were not as stiff as cardboard.
The management was incompetent.

Poor, no restaurant, pool not clean and closed, only upstairs ice machine worked. Their continental breakfast was average.
