Hotel Guest Reviews of the Motel 6 Kinder
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Tell them to expect to go out for breakfast and not count on the "Continental Breakfast."

Asked for extra towels, didn't have any. Someone left crap in the toilet. A/c was noisy and was leaking. Carpet was wet. Worst experience ever! Very expensive.

There was no refrigerator in the room; one of the chairs was stained and in unacceptabe condition;the ice machine was broken in our building; the telephone did not work and after notifying the clerk, the telephone was not fixed; and it was a smoking room, but they had no ashtrays.

Unfortunately, even if corrections were made and I was offered a free room, I would never stay in this hotel again. The only positive thing I have to say is that the shuttle service to the casino was convenient. Also, the only "friendly" person we encountered was the check-in clerk. When we first walked to our room, we noticed that the hallway was extremely hot. When we got to the room, we immediately noticed that the AC Unit was extremely LOUD! We were in a hurry, so we didn't stay long. However, when we got back to the hotel later on that evening, I asked the attendant on duty if it was normal for the AC Unit to be making that sort of noise. She told me that the AC Unit in the room was new. She said that all the new units made that noise. I find this hard to believe because it neither looked new and through out the night it did not sound new. It made a noise all night long like it was reving up, then it was slowly die, then rev up, then die down...ALL NIGHT LONG! At check-out, I informed the attendant that we were not happy. I told her about the AC Unit and about what the night attendant said about the unit being new. She asked me to write down my contact information, and describe what happened, however, I have yet to hear from anyone from this hotel. What was the point of giving this information to the hotel. In conclusion, the room was just not up to par with the price that we paid. ...

It needs to be removed from your list, unless people can stay for $25.00 per night or less who absolutely can't afford anything else, and then they should be warned of it's condition. I am not a particularly picky traveler as far as needing the finest of things in life, but this place absolutely is deplorable. I wouldn't recommend it for a dog motel.
