Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Kingsburg

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The price was the only good thing.
Just about everything.Staff was rude, breakfast sucked and the room only had 1 bed and they will CHARGE you for 2 queens.

If you are traveling I would get a room somewhere else. This was one of the cheaper hotels when we were looking but I will now know in the future! The man working was very rude and when I asked him about a room with two beds he got snippy and said he had to CHARGE me extra and they only had smoking rooms. The woman who was around the next morning was just as rude. The room had trash behind the nightstands and the bathtub was gross. ...read more

Excellant breakfast, very friendly.
Nothing to dislike.

Located very conveniently to freeway and shopping. Breakfast is much better than the other higher priced hotel in town. Clean and comfortable. Also has microwave, small refrigerator and coffee in room.

The room was clean and well stocked. It had some nice amenities.
The room was hot the entire stay. Unable to sleep due to discomfort.

This is a nice little hotel. The facilities are clean an well maintained. The room has ample amenities with a decent TV, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of room.

Clean, friendly & convenient.
Clock radio & bedside lamp not plugged in, 2-bulb bedside lamp had just 1 bulb.

Clean, friendly & convenient. Right next to the 99 freeway with a better-than-decent complimentary breakfast.

Furnishings - nice.
Room cleanliness.

Carpet dirty; inside of door filthy, lamp dirty. Breakfast area carpet dirty; nobody in evidence servicing the food area.

It was the best rate I could find at a comfortable hotel nearest King Canyon/Sequoia National Parks.
Not much near the hotel in way of various restaurant selections.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. When we first got to our room, we discovered old food in the refrigerator and the air conditioner did not work properly. But the staff happily allowed us to inspect two other rooms and choose which we preferred. After that rough start, the rest of the stay was pleasant enough.
