Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Miami Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 13, 2012

The hotel is clean. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The security needs improvement. People were aloud to walk around drunk at all hours of the night and bang on room doors. They were loud and not managed very well. I did not feel safe when I was in the room at night.

If you like other guests' hairs in your sheets and throughout your room, this is the place for you! In other words...it's not particularly clean.

Where to begin, there was not enough rooms booked for our group of 6, they charged us more than the promotional price on this website, shuttles to Miami port were supposed to be included, but we were still charged, the van on the way to the Miami airport got into an accident, where it wasn't reported to the police the driver just kept driving, after getting into the accident my camera that I had on my lap slid under a seat and I didn't realize until a few minutes after we were dropped off at the port. I was on hold for 1 hour and they claimed to have never of found it, or they have dishonest employees, overall not satisfied with the hotel or the shuttle service, absolutely disgusted.

The hotel is small and simple, but it is OK. I asked Daniel would call me a taxi at 3:30 A.M to the Miami Airport and he said that I need pay the taxi. OK, no problem. Then, I said him that I need a receipt of taxi and he said me that the driver would give me. On November 1 st,the day that we left the hotel the taxi called to the room at 2:30 A.M e said to my friend that he waited to us. The time is wrong! She asked him that he came back in the correct time and he was impolite with her. When I left the room at 3:20 A.M I talked to Yearly Reyes (receptionist) and she said me that she didn't know about the taxi and that the correct was paid the taxi in the end. On the other words, I was stressed with this situation because we could lose our flight. ...
