The hotel staff was courteous and helpful.
The security and safety of the patrons needs improvement.

The hotel is clean. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The security needs improvement. People were aloud to walk around drunk at all hours of the night and bang on room doors. They were loud and not managed very well. I did not feel safe when I was in the room at night.

It was the "Bates Motel". I have stay at better hotels at a cheaper price! I won't go there again.
